If you don't already know Lisa Bevere, you just might soon! Living in Colorado with her husband John Bevere and four sons, Lisa is firmly establishing herself as a powerful prophetic voice to women all over the world. As a speaker she is hilarious, impacting, honest and bold. As an author, she is no different.

Her latest work, Fight Like a Girl, is the result of Lisa's own experience of frustration at feeling trapped in a "gender box". The book reveals her revelations about the true value and calling on women. The biblical truths found by Lisa throughout her challenges will set you free to be 'feminine' without losing your power.

This book is not just about what we have that men don't. It's not about finding your inner 'girl-power' just for the sake of feeling equal to the opposite sex. As the title suggests, Lisa's book is a challenge to girls just like us, to stand up and fight for the purposes of God, using our unique womanly qualities and gifts.

She questions the age-old cynicism between men and women that so often infects daily conversation and proposes that not despite, but because of our differences, men and women can work together, side-by-side to accomplish the purposes of God. She states that the ways men and women approach the purpose of God are different and need to be in order to be complimentary to one-another. When both males and females work together within the gender-design of their creator, they are an unstoppable force!

She boldly defies the misconception that women have to fight the way men do. Women can be strong without being rebellious; they can be warriors without being masculine and they don't have to become like men to be a powerful and influential force on the earth.

Have you ever wondered who you should be, how you should behave or how you should relate to the people in your life? What did God have in mind when he created women? Lisa take us on a journey back to the foundations of our existence - the Garden of Eden - and unlocks some of the secrets of our design.

Urging us on into a new place of freedom,, Lisa writes prophetically and personally about womanhood and declares that a life lived in God's original design is the most fulfilling and adventurous life.

If you respond to honesty, and most do, you will love Lisa's willingness to open to the reader all areas of her life. The stories about her husband, her kids and her family relationships are relatable, humorous and full of truth. Speaking openly about her marriage to John Bevere, she uncovers areas of failure in her own world and how she overcame through her relationship with Jesus.

Whether you are a mother, a single woman, a wife, a daughter, a sister or a grandmother, Fight Like a Girl will set you free to be a woman and love it!
